1. Amsac Pty Ltd (Bribie Island Electric Bikes) provides a 1 year (Off-Road Models 90 Days) limited PARTS warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
2. Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, or corrosion of parts. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear items, commercial use, rental or hire, malfunctions or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, poor or improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents or other improper use. Warranty does not cover water damage to Battery and electrical components.
3. We do not accept in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, inconvenience or loss of enjoyment.
4. Batteries. All batteries are covered by our pro rata battery usage system.
5. Continual use of the throttle only for long periods at a time (if fitted) can overheat the battery, throttle sensor and controller, pedal-assist should be your preferred option. Battery and throttle burn out is not covered by warranty.
6. The following (but not limited to) are considered wearable parts and are not covered under warranty:
   • Tyres
   • Rims
   • Spokes
   • Inner Tubes
   • Flat Tyres
   • Loose electrical wiring
   • Brake pads
   • Chains and sprockets
   • Lamps, Bulbs, Lights, Lighting system
   • Handlebar, handle grips
   • Gear-shift cables, brake cables and throttle cables
